About Smartcard reader

Due to regulatory changes, from September 2019 all Bankline users will need Smartcards and upgraded Smartcard readers to log on to Bankline.

We'll be posting these and contacting you over the coming months. Therefore please ensure your Bankline profile and user address information, email addresses and phone numbers are all up to date.

We will never contact you to ask for your Bankline PINs, passwords or smartcard security codes.
