Due to regulatory changes, from September 2019 all Bankline users will need Smartcards and upgraded Smartcard readers to log on to Bankline.
We'll be posting these and contacting you over the coming months. Therefore, please ensure your Bankline customer address and all user addresses, emails and mobile numbers are up to date.
We will never contact you to ask for your Bankline PINs, passwords or smartcard security codes.
If you are asked for these unexpectedly, call the Bankline helpdesk immediately.
