Fine Grain Property, the Irish-owned business park operator and investor, recently completed the acquisition of the 40-acre Westpark business campus in Shannon with the help of Ulster Bank who provided debt financing to part fund the deal. The business campus, established in 2005, is home to some 50 companies and 2,000 employees, and has planning permission in place for a further 300,000 sq ft of tailored office space.
Fine Grain Property, founded in 2007, has a €180m portfolio of 15 properties in the Irish market. Fine Grain Property has a track record of delivering significant results for its investors and key stakeholders.
Westpark business campus, is ideally located next to Shannon Airport (and around two hours from Dublin Airport), offers global connectivity and the high-quality facilities and surroundings that businesses and their employees expect.
