How does Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) impact ClearSpend?


From 14th September 2019 we'll be adding security features to ClearSpend in the form of 2-factor-authentication. 

Along with your username and password, you'll need to enter a one-time-password sent via SMS to confirm your identity.

It's vital that we have your up-to-date contact details ahead of September. 

After you authenticate, you can register to use the ClearSpend mobile app, biometrics and any inbuilt functionality on your device to streamline the process.
