Creating New Users
To add new users to the Bankline service:
• Click Administration
• Click Manage Users
• Click Create User
• Enter user’s details
• Click Continue
• Click the Role of that user
• Click Continue
• Click Continue on Order details (tick the box for smartcard reader if required)
• Click Confirm. Bankline will email an activation code to the new user
• Click Continue
• Click Confirm New User
A role marked with a ‘padlock’ will need authorisation using your smartcard reader
