With over 100 branches across the province, our experienced branch staff are here to help.

Business customers can avail of the following branch services :


Cheque & Cash lodgement -  a regular business activity


Fast lodgement services - a quick and easy way to deposit cash & cheques, without having to queue


Order cash and coin for collection - use our online form and collect at a branch near you


Night safe facilities - secure lodgement process for outside of regular banking hours


Deferred lodgement* - make a deposit without having to wait, geared to businesses with high volumes of cash


Saturday opening - many of our branches now have Saturday opening, for times when you just cant make it


In branch ATMs (cash machines) - offers convenience and quick service for cash withdrawals and balance enquiries

Whatever your requirements, talk to our branch staff for assistance and we'll get you talking to your local expert.

Our Business Telephony team can assist you on a wide range of regular banking activities.


Some of these services include:

  • General account and transaction queries

  • Anytime registration* for customers with 'one to sign' on their business account

  • Cash & Coin orders for collection at your nearest branch  

  • Cancellation of standing orders and Direct debits 

  • Anytime registration issues 
     
  • Certificate of interest / certificate of balance requests

  • Stop cheque

  • Cheque & credit books orders

  • Replacement cards or PIN (Personal Identification Number) orders

Creating New Users

To add new users to the Bankline service:

• Click Administration
• Click Manage Users
• Click Create User
• Enter user’s details
• Click Continue
• Click the Role of that user
• Click Continue
• Click Continue on Order details (tick the box for smartcard reader if required)
• Click Confirm. Bankline will email an activation code to the new user
• Click Continue
• Click Confirm New User

A role marked with a ‘padlock’ will need authorisation using your smartcard reader
