Make payments easily

Use the mobile app to pay suppliers, your employees or simply transfer funds between accounts, all at your convenience and on the move.

Keep track of your balances

Want to quickly check your account balances or search your statements?  With the Ulster Bank app it couldn’t be simpler.

Open up the mobile banking app to check your current account and savings account balance, as well as transfer money between accounts.  You'll also be able to see recent transactions, and even search up to 7 years transaction history on most accounts.

Make small payments instantly

Need to pay an employee or a supplier?

You can now use the app to make secure payments of up to €1,000 per day with just an IBAN.

No card reader required!

It's simple - Select 'Payments' and choose whether you want to make a payment from your list of saved payees or somone new.  For added security you may be asked to authorise this payment. If this happens you will see the ‘Authentication required’ screen. Just tap ‘Next’ then re-enter your mobile app’s log in details, to re-confirm it’s you.

Log in using your fingerprint

A quick and convenient way to login to your app using your fingerprint registered under Touch ID.

 

Option is available to customers with compatible iOS and Android devices.

 

Simply login once you’ve updated the app and go to the ‘More Menu’ to enable this option.

A quick and convenient way to login to your app using the fingerprint you registered under Touch ID. This option is available to customers with compatible iOS and Android devices. Simply login once you’ve updated the app and go to the ‘More Menu’ to enable this option.

How to register:

    Make sure that you have Touch ID enabled on your iPhone.

  2. 02

    Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Ulster Bank iPhone app from the app store.

  3. 03

    When you log in to the app you will see this screen and you can choose to enable Touch ID (to turn it off at any point, go to the app's 'More' menu).

  4. 04

    Once you launch the app after enabling Touch ID, you will be able to log in using either Touch ID or your app passcode.
