We are committed to ensuring the appropriate resources and support is available to our employees to help maintain and improve wellbeing.
We provide Occupational Health services to ensure that employees with health conditions receive the specialist support they need. In addition to providing support for those employees who are ill, we have committed to adopting a proactive approach to helping our employees identify and manage health risk.To that end, we recently launched our online Wellbeing Centre and invited employees to register and take part in a voluntary online health assessment - one of the services designed to support early diagnosis as part of a wider programme of health management.
Lifematters, our Employee Assistance Programme is a free service providing easy access to expertise, information and advice for employees and their families.
Whether it’s a simple question or a complex concern, Lifematters provides information and advice on health, fitness, nutrition, family and childcare, finances and work.
The service is available using via a freephone helpline, online and Smart Phone App. Support includes telephone consulting, online information resources, toolkits and podcasts. Face to Face short-term counselling services may also be accessed though the service.
