Foreign Currency Order

The branch you have chosen for collection will contact you to let you know that your currency is available for collection. If we are unable to get you currency to branch by your requested date a member of staff will contact you.
The exchange rate you receive will be the rate on the day that you collect and pay for your foreign currency.
It can take up to 5 working days for your currency order to be ready for collection. Some rarer currencies may take longer.
Order requests placed after 1.30pm, at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday or weekend will be actioned the next bank working day.
