With huge experience amassed in mortgages, your mobile mortgage manager helps you every step of the way at a time that suits you. Your mortgage journey will be managed by the same mobile manager from enquiry to drawdown. We can process your mortgage application on the telephone, online or through Zoom.
To qualify, you must be over 18 and a Republic of Ireland resident seeking a maximum loan to value of 90%. Security, buildings insurance and life cover is required and of course lending criteria, terms and conditions apply.
Your Mobile Mortgage Manager will arrange for a free standard valuation on the property, helping you to get the most from your mortgage. You will be provided with service from a valuer nominated from our valuation panel. Use it wisely though, only one free valuation per customer applies.
Your Mobile Mortgage Manager will, if you are eligible, arrange for you to receive this amount towards your incurred legal fees, provided your mortgage application is submitted by 30th June 2021 and you are applying for a residential or buy-to-let mortgage. The fixed €1,500 sum will be paid into the current account from which you pay your mortgage payment after mortgage drawdown. Minimum mortgage amount is €40,000 for Residential and €50,000 for Buy to Let.
