First Time Buyers who hold a Home Saver account and draw down an Ulster Bank mortgage may receive bonus interest of €2,000 subject to eligibility criteria.
Bonus interest is paid net of DIRT, once your Ulster Bank Ireland DAC First Time Buyer Mortgage has drawn down.
